2008 OQ Training and Testing Rate Schedule:

NCCER Assessments                      $47/test per person

NCCER Performance Verifications     $7/task per person

NCCER Contren Learning Series      $14/task per person

HOURLY RATES

NOTES:

Instructors and Evaluators will be paid hourly from portal to portal unless other financial arrangements have been agreed upon by both or all parites prior to mobilization.  All mobilization costs will be paid by the client.

A per diem charge of $130 will apply to every day an Instructor or Evaluator is not home for the night.

Overtime is defined as hours worked over eight (8) a day or forty (40) a week and all weekends and holidays.

Instructor/Evaluator's vehicle will be billed at $135 per day.  A mileage charge of $0.21 per mile will apply on mileage over 100 per day.

Any material required for performance verifications, and not supplied by the client, will be supplied by Kantex Industries at cost plus fifteen (15) percent.

Tax will be added to invoices if applicable.

Interest will accrue at 1.5% monthly on all past due accounts.

Kantex Industries reserves the right to change the rate schedule with thirty days' written notice.
